Relaxin....

Parker was at school, and Grandma was off from work so she was gonna pick him up. Bryce and I were hanging out at home, had some lunch, and he was relaxin on the couch before nap time......my sweet boy :)

Climbing poles

So, I'm not sure why we have this pole at the bottom of the staircase, but anyway, it's there. Parker has always had some sort of fascination with it, but just in the past week realized he can climb up it and touch the ceiling!!

Cold outside!!!

Okay, so it's like 35 degrees outside, and I am sooo tired of sitting in the house. There aren't too many options of things to do that don't cost anything, so I bundled the boys up and we went outside. They had fun four wheelin', then we made a game of picking up the neighbors pine cones out of her yard so she wouldn't have to do it :)

He is serious about some Sponge Bob!

I really do not like Parker watching Sponge Bob, as it is not really created with the intent to teach children anything good, haha, but it was Sunday and daddy let him. He was zoned out...

Our kisser....

I think we may have our hands full with this child....he is such a lover! He will give kisses all day long....he is too sweet :)

Happy New Year

We went out to dinner and then hung out with family to ring in the New Year....I got sleepy, so we actually went home before midnight, so we sat quietly on the couch, along with Grandma and PawPaw, and watched some dude jump his car over water....haha

Budding Artist

Parker had been asking Santa for an easel for months, so he was so excited on Christmas morning when he woke up to an easel. This is him painting his first picture....

Christmas Eve and Christmas Day

We had a lot of places to celebrate, as we always do, and we are thankful for that, but it can get crazy. We spent Christmas Eve with the Respass side of the family, and the kids loved everything they got! They were slam worn out and passed out in the car on the way home.

Christmas morning we celebrated at home first, where the boys gave me the amazing gift they made me. Then we headed to Grandma and Pappy's to open gifts, to PeePaw's to hang out with the Talman side, then back to Grandma and Pappy's to eat and visit with Jason, Whit, Bayden, Adeline and Archer.

We had a wonderful Christmas, had so much fun with all of our family, and are so thankful for how blessed we are :)

Cookies for Santa

Bryce wasn't really up for helping, so Parker made cookies for Santa :) Parker really enjoyed all the leftovers!

Waiting for Santa!

For about the last 5 years, Grandma and Pappy have had Santa come over and visit on Christmas Eve. Amaris has always loved him, but everyone else has their doubts....one year they love him, the next they don't want anything to do with him! They all anxiously awaited him, though Bryce was less than thrilled about him...
